I was doing a google search and came across this transcript. I saw IDEA and recognized Carolyn Newman as being part of Audimation in the US. I started reading the transcript and some of the things seemed funny so I went back and looked at the date and it was from Jan 2000. If you read it you will see that a lot of the problems that existed back then (i.e. training, getting acceptance of the software) still exists now. I thought it was an intersting read.
