Split and vlookup

Dear All,
I'm looking for a formula or a script that help me to :
First, split the dial code (caracter value ) from 8 digit to 1 in the file A, Second; perform a VLOOKUP on the File B of these spliter fields.

Glad it worked, sorry, I forgot to change the separator back to a ";" for the French version.
