Record Extractions - Error

I'm working in IDEA and I'm trying to extract specific information in a certain column. I deal with lots of data so when I'm looking for specific data only pertaining to a certain date, field or column, etc. I should be able to extract that information only. In the attached image you can see blue numbers in the NO_OF_RECS column.  I should be able to to click on the blue numbers and it pull up the database for those records only. Mine is not working. No one else in my company who uses this program is having this issue.

Smart Analyzer Routine listing and execution

Hi,
Excuse me. This might be an out of box  question.
In IDEA Smart Analyzer tab, there is a 'Select and Run' option from which we can see routines imported into Smart Analyzer and execute routines.
My requirement is given below:
I have to list the routines showing under the 'Select and Run' in a separate windows application.
I would like to know if there is any library that I can refer and call method to list routines imported into IDEA Smart Analyzer.
Thanks,
Shafeer

Variance in totals appended versus excel

Hi Brian,
Hope you are doing good. I have a question regarding the differces found in totals with appended database and individual totals of the files.
for eg 12 months data in text imported into idea with four decimal places and to validate the appended database i have taken the total of each file from the field statistics and input the same into excel,  but after appending all the 12 files i am facing a difference of more than 1000 with the appended database and the grand total of excel file. What could be the reason for this??
Thanks for your help.
