I have noticed recently that the text is some of the dialogs no longer fits.
The problem is with the display text size. In the above example the text size is set to 125%, when it is set to 100% the dialog appears as it should. To change your text size (in windows 10) right click on the desktop and select Display Settings then find the Scale and layout and change it to 100%.
I needed to do a reboot for it to work with IDEA.
