I recently placed a menu on the ribbon custormerize Ribbon

Hello everyone.
I recently placed a menu on the ribbon custormerize Ribbon that calls different macros, it happens that everything worked perfectly, but when I installed another laptop, it decides to go back again to recreate my menu, that is, install it again on the ribbon, but now every time I run a menu option, it throws an error: invalid macro name. When I go to the error line within the macro, this line is blank, and so for each menu option, always the same error.
That could be happening?

I don't quite follow what is happening.

So on your computer you created a Ribbon entry to call a macro.  You then wanted to installed this on another laptop.  In the other laptop you would have to do the same thing, namely recreated the Ribbon entry and then call the macro.

When you are talking about a menu option are you talking about calling the macro?  Did you recreate the ribbon with the bind to ribbon option?

when I talk about a menu, YES, it works fine on my pc, when my partner had his laptop, I installed it for him, and it worked fine, the problem was when they changed his laptop (I installed it for him), but it throws the mistake that I mentioned.

I recreated the tape and when I invoke the menu it works fine, the problem is when he chooses an option from the menu, which says that the macro "scritps_menu_Principal" in line 621 does not exist", but when I look for that line it is blank.

It is really hard for me to judge the problem.  It works on two computers but the laptop it doesn't.  Is the script calling a file and that is what is missing.  You can add msgboxes to the script on your partner laptops to try and figure out what is working and where it might be stopping.  Then maybe you can figure out the problem.
