Hi,
Lets say in a Debtors Trial Balance you would like to identify the highest receivables by outstanding balance.
This can be easily done by double-clicking on the field heading for outstanding balance.
Double-click once for ascending index - low to high
Double-click the second time for descending index - high to low.
This will create a new display view with the highest to lowest outstanding balances within the same trial balance.
Its a convenient method to gain insights into the data.
On another note if you have a table of budget versus actual expenses but the fields for budget and actual are not next to each other for ease of comparison, you can simple click, drag and drop the actual field next to the budget field.
This juxtaposition will remain even once you import the data to say MS-Excel.
